Have not received november bills

Last year i logged copmlaint that we are reciving letter late at braamfisher, it was like i was akig them to stop delivering to us altogether. i still have not received my letters for november. let alone december. are we not supposed to use postal adress anymore.

when i coplained in october, no one even called me to give feedback or encouragement or to even explain maybe the cause of delays.

now i have not received my statement for november december.
