Had an appointment at Sorbet Hyde Park. When I arrived there I was told that the therapist was on sick leave. This is ridiculous as I should have been informed of this earlier. It was an absolute inconvenience and waste of time to arrive at the store only to be told that the therapist was not in. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at sorbet.
