On the 20th Feb my car was making a funny noise while driving it so i decided to have it tow to General Motors, I then recived a call frm to advice me that someone had insoected my car and that I should call him. The person I spoke to was Dean whose a manager at your DBNanch he advised me that he has inspected my car and he advised that his company will be able to fix it at a cost of no more then 10000. (verbal agreement) i asked him how much would it be to have the car towed to his work shop he advided 700, he made a verbal agreetment for him to go ahead and tow the car and repair it as i have 10000 in my savings. Few days later i was sent a quatation of 35782 i refused the quaotation as it was too much for. I feel that I was lead on to as to how much the bill would be so that he could take the car as I did have others who were offering to repair the car but he came up wit a cheaper "bill" so I went with him. This is false advertising and very deceiving! I requested a call back yesterday from Dean at 11am nothing. All I want is a Bill, as per your other branches a strip and quote is free, i have this on a recorded call only if dey put it bck its 1450! 700 1450=2150 right?
