"Without prejudice"
I am deeply disappointed in the attitude and service received by Climatron. It took them almost two months to install two air conditioners at my company. Trying to speak to the managing director, Paul, was almost impossible as he was never available. I shall definitely not pay the amount owed and will take it into legal matters to state my case. This is an embarrassment to your company, blaming your company technicians when you should take responsibility for prompt service. I think the management is so out of touch with this business it is frightening and shall definitely never utilize your services again.
