This is a personal message for your Managing Director!
Dear Sir, Rental Agreement no 223318
I write to complain about your company from me, your client. In 2011 I incurred a traffic fine of R100 while in the Cederberg Municipality. On advice from your staff I paid this amount to your company and it was paid to you on the 26 September 2011. I have a Bank Statement to prove it. Despite many emails you have retained this money and have not paid it to the Municipality. In order to avoid a summons I have TODAY paid R100 to the Municipality which means that you owe me R100. The staff in your company who have totally disregarded the matter are Riekie de Lange and Charvaine Vermaak. I have proof that they they have received my emails and proof that your company has received the R100.
I look to you to refund my money and provide an explanation for the which these members of your staff have perpetuated.
