To many things to state here! They did glass splashbacks for a kitchen I did. 10-15 working days is the waiting time. Glass is finally installed 35 days after deposit was paid! Not once did they take responsibility, always blaming their supplier. They measured wrong, they did not give me enough information about how they want the walls. Louise has a terrible attitude, instead of sorting problems out, she just keeps on with an exceptional unproffesional business ethics. Dealing with this company cost myself and my client more than R3000 worth of time I could have earned with my consultancy company. They instead of taking responsibility. I cannot say this more. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They do not once come over that they are sorry for the pathetic service, their fault or not, they just carry on blaming the world. Worst of it all is, they still do not understand business ethics, they will not even understand the concept of this complaint. When you get angry with the pathetic service, they get personal and say that you are in the wrong. Absolute ignorance to what their client is experiencing.
