Sent a high-end brand shirt to Fresh Dry Cleaners in December. They lost the shirt and initially undertook to refund me but have changed their mind after having refunded me less than half of the agreed amount. The amount agreed upon to be refunded was the price I'd paid for the shirt, for me to replace the shirt now would probably cost double that. The assistant told me that they'd also lost a man's suit over the same period. This leads me to wonder if the items were lost or? Either way, I won't be using Fresh Dry Cleaners again and wish to warn people who may use them.
