I purchased a book and it was posted on the 09-11-2013 from cape town. to date it has not arrived, have written a previous report on hellopeter, received some cockamie about how my parcel is SAFE at witspos. tried tracking the parcel now, it says error 4 no parcel! what the? where is my book? and i dont want to be fobbed off with a story, please only respond to me if my book will be reaching me TODAY!!! post office = service.
