I run a mail order business and like many other people I am dependent on the good functioning of the SAPO. For the past three weeks parcels to my customers have been sitting at main hubs and small post offices around JHB - stuck.
My big issue is with the SAPO itself because it is not taking any action against the illegal strikers and is not putting contingency plans in place for service delivery. It is doing nothing at all to get parcels out of main hubs and not taking resposibility for service delivery. We are all held to randsom by a group of illegal strikers and their employer is just allowing it to happen.
