Why am I not suprised that I once again find myself leaving a complaint about the SAPO. It has once again happened where at least 6 of my international parcels that I am expecting have not yet been delivered. Some of these parcels being outstanding for upto 4months.
As a South African Tax Payer I am paying for a service which is not delivering on its promise and I therefore believe that the SAPO is in violation of the CPA. I would therefore like to know what the SAPO will be doing to enusre that I infact receive my parcels.
I will also be seeking legal advice as I am sick and tired of a pathetic and corrupt system in our country. We can't even trust our postal system to deliver our belongings to us. This is a serious problem within the SAPO and it needs to be sorted out ASAP.
