My geyser started leaking on thursday evening.it was in its third year year of a five year guarantee, so i phoned kwikot geysers at 12:00 on friday by 13:00 there was a service technician at my house ready to inspect the geyser by 14:00 i had a brand new geyser in installed and all at no cost to the customer.i would just like to say wow what brilliant service by this company.
