Bad service and no delivery

I have two packages posted to me from Hong Kong. Both have been "in transit" from Capemail Hub for a very long time. It is quite important packages and I am tired of waiting.
South African tracking numbers are: RI270680963ZA and RI269724242ZA
One of them has been there for more than two weeks and the other for a week. This is unacceptable.
