Postal box 2 weeks locked

My box found locked during week of 13 Feb. Went to counter on Saturday 16 Feb and was told I did not renew this. Paid the R20 penalty to get it opened. And today 2 March the box is still locked. 2 Weeks of mail not received and probably sent back including some magazine subscriptions. But who cares?
