In October 2012, I signed a contract with PK Vending, whereby they agreed to purchase 4 of my vending machines and that they would pay off all 4 machines over a period of 2months.
Its now October 2013 and I and still short paid R8000.
First of all, they did not stick to the installment amounts as specified in the contract and started paying only after I had asked for my next installment.
The CEO, Graeme Keshwar did not have the courtesy to answer numerous email and everytime i call, they tell me that he is not there.
Graeme is very vocal about promoting his vending machines but has no courtesy to respond when he owes money to people.
I have now had to resort to legal action in order to get my money.
I had a high regard for PK Vending in the past but after this experience I will advise everyone not to deal with them as they completely ignore you when it suites them, something to keep in mind when you have problems with their vending machines.
