NEVER RECEIVE FILES

It is almost a year now that I am sending them emails and phoning them in regards of the files that you have to receive for the Magazines. Every time they tell me that they are out of stock and don't know when they will receive the stock. Do you want to tell me that in a YEAR's time that they have NEVER received any stock??? They are quick to take the money from the account, to deliver their promise they still need a lot of improvement.
