I'm trying to order a fairly large amount of files for my company. The website doesn't have the stock levels I need, but I know from before that this likely to be the website and not a reflection on the stock CNA has. I've managed to order larger numbers of the files by placing the order via email and then collecting from a local store in the past.
This time I've been sending emails and getting read notifications whilst trying to order files again, but whoever is reading the emails isn't replying.
I'm hugely disappointed in CNA and they are stupidly missing out on a relatively large sale.
Customer service? What customer service?!?!
