Parcel stuck at customs

I received a slip from the post office to say that i should call one of the numbers provided to claim my foreign parcel. I spend a lot of money calling these numbers to no avail. I get placed on hold or the calls are just dropped. My 21 days to claim my parcel has expired.

I called the sapo customer care line that gave me another number to call where no-one answers the phone. When I called them back a rude lady dropped the phone in my ear. Their customer e-mail addresses also do not work. All I want to do is claim my parcel and no-one wants to help. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life.
