Traffic Department
"DO NOT CARE" attitude

On 28/1/2013, I sent my driver to the licencing department in Sandton to renew a vehicle licence registered with our company. He was sent away and given forms to complete and told to bring back the original registration certificate. He returned, only to be told by Nombulelo that the company owed penalties on other company vehicles for late licence renewals.

On 31/1/2013 he returned with a cheque for the penalties but was turned away by Nombulelo who said the cheque wasn't bank guaranteed. He returned again with cash. Now Nombulelo wanted forms completed for the vehicles which had penalties. He returned with completed forms and was told he needed copies of the proxy's ID.
On 1/2/2013, he returned with the copies but was told that they weren't clear enough. He returned again with the original ID book but was AGAIN turned away due to the fact that as it was the 1st of the month and the penalties had been increased.

Nombulelo who works at Counter 8 is aggravating and rude. She cannot explain properly the first time what is required. All this time wasted and we are yet to get it right.
And I have it on good authority that we weren't the only ones she was rude to. Disgraceful!
