I had apackage shipped to me on 12/2/2013 and still have not received it.
When phoning the call centre they informed me that the package has been at Witspos since 13/2/2013.
And that due to a strike no packages has left Witspos.
This is now 13 days, who strikes for 2 weeks without any contingency plan in place.
This is shocking that we always have to accept non existant/no/or lack of service.
When I asked the lady if they have any indication as to when this strike will be resolved she could not give me an answer as management did not inform them. When I then asked if somebody in management could give me an answer I was asked to hold on and then 5 minutes later the call was cut off.
A company of this magnitude would be exspected to update their clients and staff. I would have thought it would be nice if they just update their website to inform people of what exactly is happening.
