The Management of this plant is not capable of running the plant efficiently. Personnel are resigning and complaining about how they are treated - they are very unhappy. Phoning there you get the most unfriendly first impression of the company. Head Office should do a thorough and in-depth investigation into Management and how they treat there employees. This has been going on for years. Please do something!
