I have hired MJ Civils & Plant in December last year to do soil compactment in my stand in Montana where im building. MJ Civils and Plant did the jib as agreed and i paid them, however, when the builder came to start building highlighted that the ground is not even, Matt came and inspect it and agree to fix it. When he came to the site he indicated that the job can be done manually so he said it will cost R2000.00 . He ask me to get the people whoo can fix that manually and he will pay R2000. I paid R3000 for that, that was in January. I phoned him and he told me that he instructed his office to transfer the R2000 to my account since then he keep on changing stories, two weeks ago when i phone he told me he personally transfer the money, when i didn t get it i phoned him and he is no longer taking my call. I manged to get hold of him through my friend phone and he promise to transfer the money. I think he just wan drag this ting until i give up please help. His number is 0837526099.
