I went to have my car washed today (21/02) at the Autowash in Sunninghill - The Core. Once the lady who washed the car was done, Mark came to me to tell me that she had broken off the rearview mirror and then proceded to tell me that I should buy glue and stick it back on. On top of all this he made me pay for the car wash as well. When I got into the car I realised that there was a piece of glass missing out of my windscreen (stuck to the rearview mirror). Mark then phone Katlego to find out what to do, in which Katlego said that it is not the fault and won't do anything about it. I then phone Katlego, he would not listen to what I was trying to explain to him and kept telling me that it fell off (he was not even there). There is no ways that the rearview mirror could just fall off if a piece of the windscreen was attached to it. At the end of the day they are still unwilling to help and will not do anything to replace the windscreen.
