NIGHTMARE AND MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE EVER

Hi Peter

Trust you are well. Please assist me with mt complaint as some companies should not be trading with their horrible non-service service. I have been direcetd to Windscreen Diorect to get my windcsreen replaced about two months ago. The gentle that replaced the glass broke my rear view mirror. A week later i realised my wipers even hit agianst each other when used and the common paper they used to stick my liscence disc with peels off. I have been driving for more than a month with a rear view mirror that is loose and swings as i driver and eventually hit a pothole this morning as i couldnt see and burst two of my tires- that i could have badly hurted myself. I escalted and requested to speka to the Directot Vic and i have been refused access to him.
I have even tried getting my insurance Buget to assist however they also useless.

please intervene and help me get query resolved. I want them to come fix my mirror, fix my liscence disc the way they found it and replace the damage the damage they have cost me on the tires.
