I had a simple request: Avon's details. That's all. My parcel got lost in the post. I had a tracking number but it could not be traced any further than JHB. In order to log a search for it, I need the full details of the sender. This was end of Nov 2012. To date, Avon has not responded to my requestS sent via their website, I have not been able to talk to the right people when I phone, I get put through to extensions where there are NEVER any answer, and when I e-mailed them to air my disappointment, I surprisingly got a reply asking for more info. I replied on this with the full story but got no reply. My parcel is still missing, more than a month after being posted. And NO assistance from Avon. I am not a consultant but for the last four years, I have ordered products every single month! Needless to say, I won't order anything again. This parcel that is missing, is a hamper that I have won. Thank you Avon... for not caring whether I receive it or not. And please don't "apologise for any inconvenience". The e-mail I got said the same thing, just to cause further inconvenience by again not replying.
