We have been moved by Biddulphs twice now and each time things have gone missing. Our first move was from Swellendam to Gaborone and I let the company pack everything. Our things went into storage for about 5 months and by the time I'd finished unpacking and realised 2 rings were missing I felt too much time had elapsed. I didn't want to use them for our next move, but my husbands' employers insisted. This time I packed all the valuables myself and left some things in the bookshelf that I didn't want packed. When we had to leave we realised the GPS was missing as well as our Vodacom dongle. The response from Biddulphs was simply that these items were not specified on the list of belongings we had insured for the move (!!!) and the packers said it must have been the ladies that cleaned the house while they were packing. One of these ladies is my nanny who has been with us for a year and moved with us, the other is a friend of hers. I also realised that a pack of 24 AA batteries that was in the grocery cupboard (that was packed before the second cleaner arrived) is also missing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, I have been less than thrilled by their customer service
