I left a complaint here recently about a hamper I have won and it got lost in the post and I received no help from Avon in trying to find this parcel.
Eventually, they made up a new hamper and sent it to me via courier. I was pleasantly suprised about the contents of the hamper.
The original parcel arrived at our post office shortly after, after it was stuck somewhere at JHB HUB for six weeks. I did not collect it and Avon arranged for the PO to return it to them.
Just to say thank you to Avon for the prize I have won. It was very much appreciated.
