Ly always happy with save some times when I wasn't due to peeling on a range that claims not to and other times due to untidy application. Sorbets policy is if you aren't happy you don't pay, I would never take advantage of that considering the amount I did spend at the store. My last facial there my face burnt and peeled for 2 weeks, I complained while the tech was doing it, she said it was normal. After a week I got in contact with owner, she refunded me as its not normal to peel. I called to make an appointment for my nails about a month later to be told no the wont help me as all technicians refuse to assist me. This considering my loyal service despite all the mistakes and all my money spent there. Disgusting!!! Bear in ming d they don't have a right of admission.
