I went to Tia's flowers, Montana Value Centre, Zambesi Drive on 2013-02-12 to order a Valentine arrangement for a man and specifically asked for ONLY Biltong and Chocolates to be delivered to my Friends house on Valentine's day. I've also asked if they can use nice red ribbon and make it a nice Valentine's gift. What a disgusting surprise when I got home last night, a few pieces of Biltong, handful (8) of imitation Quality street chocolates and more than half a tray of damm peanuts. Clear cellophane was used not even nicely or neatly done, with a red and black some kind of ribbon bow thing - not nice at all. Where does black come in for Valentine's day, I've asked for red ribbon to be used. I've even paid extra for delivery and asked them clearly to use the R300 for only biltong and chocolates. This is totally disgusting, they could have put more effort in it - and knows why they've filled the tray with peanuts - this is not what I've ordered.
