We bought a property in Protea Glen from Mr. Sibanda and it was R350 000. He was supposed to finish the structure with the purchase price. But he never did until the bank repossessed the property. We are now blacklisted me and my wife. He has never up to this day said anything about refunding us or fixing the medd he created.
