I ordered a gift for my wife on the website on 7th February 2013 order number 100720107, I received order confirmation email and thought everything was sorted and waited in excitement to get the message from my wife thanking me for her surprise at work (I had not told her it would be delivered to her work) but nothing, I thought maybe she had it and was waiting to thank me at home but when I got home nothing!! she went to fetch my gift but I had to explain why I had nothing for her and now surprise and Valentine's Day RUINED!!!
Ps It's our first Valentine's Day as husband and wife! She still doesn't want to know in case it arrived late..
So not a happy camper now!
