Hello

During the month of September 2012, I went to Legal Aid offices in Wynberg to request for legal assistance and I was told to submit the following documents beore they could assist mr
- certified copy of my ID
- Affidavit confirming that I m unemploed
- proof of receipts as its a civil claim

For which I did. I have made follow up with them telephonically and even went back twice to the same office, still Tshenolo keeps telling me that her manager has not given her any responds or approved my application. She (Tshenolo) even promised to call me but she hasn't. I also went back again last week to their offices and even called, but still no luck. I asked her the procedure and she told me that an application normally takes atleast a week for it to be approved but mine its been with them for more than four months now.
