Legal & Tax Promise call backs but still have not

Hi,

I called Legal And Tax last week Thursday 9 AM about me seeking the free legal advice they have promised when i took out the policy with them.
I have been a member for over 6 months. I called because i needed legal assistance in order to find out the best way of laying my complaint down.
They told me they have a turn around time of 3 Hours for a lawyer to contact me back.
It is now Wednesday almost a week later and have still not received a call back.
If this is the service they offer why do i pay a premium every month?
