Refund policy and defective parts

We bought a thermostat on the 7th of December 2024. We fitted the part on the 10th of December. The car still overheated. We took the part back and were told we have to wait 14 working days to know if we will get our money back. "IF."

So, we decided to go to Renault and buy the part. Bear in mind we are already R1400 down. We fitted the part from Renault, and it worked the first time around.

The staff is rude; while serving you, they take calls and help customers over the phone, and you have to sit and wait for them to finish their 8-minute call. Then they help other colleagues while you are standing and waiting.

I called the head office today, and all they can tell me is, "Sorry, we are short-staffed and extremely busy." I am a customer, and I don't want to know how your business is structured. I expected a service from them, and I am not getting the desired service. Do not buy from Goldwagen!
