Faulty clutch cable

I purchased a clutch Cable from Goldwagen and after fitment it was aparant that the clutch cable was sticky and made a grinding noise. I immediately removed the Cabel and bought another from a different supplier.

After I came back from my holiday and found the slip again, I took the cable back to Goldwagen.
Here I was informed that the Supplier should check the cable and provide feedback. The cable was sent to the supplier on 24 Septemeber 2013.

According to the disclaimer in the shop they have 14 days to provide feedback.

After I went back to the shop a few time from 11 October onward, no feedback was received from the supplier. I informed Johan that it has been longer than 14 days and I require a refund.

On 30 October 2013 I received feedback from Johan indicating that the supplier repudiated the claim and indicated that the cable must have been incorrectly fitted.

Firtsly more than 14 days passed before feedback was received and secondly the second cable fitted in the same manner worked perfectly.

Seeing that I already bought a second cable as a result of the fault on the first one, I require a refund, which seems to be against Goldwagen's policies.
