Disgusting Customer service from Mayfai

I bought CV joints & tie rods from Mayfair because I thought my current CV joints were worn out. I took the car to Superquick to have them replaced but I was told that I didn't have to change them because they were still ok. I then kept the parts in the cupboard because I knew that I would have to change the CV joints someday. Then I was hijacked last week.

Yesterday (16/10/2013) I went to Goldwagen Mayfair to ask if they can take them back and charge me for handling. I was asking in a very nice and polite tone. Then Meagen jumped in a very rude tone and told me that he doesn't entertain any returns after 7days. I told him I had spoken to someone at H/O & they advised me that I will be charged a handling fee provided the goods are still in a saleable condition. I told Meagen that and he told me who ever has a problem at H/O must contact him. He even refused to see the parts because he was on a rude trip

I left and went to Goldwagen Robertsham. The people were so friendly and understanding. Dominic and the guys really have people's skill.

I request something be done about Meagen and he must even spend a weekend at Goldwagen Robertsham to learn people skills because he has none
