I have been advised that my Standard Bank Credit Card was sold to these attorneys.

I have requested a balance outstanding but have never received one so i am left with no alternative but to stop the debit order that they have on my account.

Besides i received a telephone call from them asking for my banking details so they could debit my account and was told that if an arrangement was in place no summons would be issued. I made an arrangement gave them my banking details and they still went ahead and issued summons. You are also been paid by my debt counsellor who will no longer be paying you.

This was all lies so I am now reversing my debit order.

I have entered a Plea so I suggest we go to trial.
