On 25 March 2023 I went to the branch at showgate bloemfontein. I requested my package be sent overnight to Victoria West and was not advised that overnight actually means within 72 hours. To date the package has still not been received. We checked on the website to see the status of the delivery and then saw that it was delivered today 30 March 2023 at 16:40. This package was not received nobody even bothered to call.
