Good afternoon
I went to Warm baths for the day on the 15th of October. My grandson was so excited and we really had a good time.
However I need to say that the life guard at the first slide after the warm pool was no where to be seen between 16h00 - 16h20 - my grandson went down the slide and a bigger child went down a few minutes later. The bigger child went right into my grandson hitting his back and his feet under him. I started shouting and wanted to jump into the pool when my son came up and was crying as he hurt his back. The life guard was chatting at the slides next to us and when he hear me he ran but then my grandson was already out of the pool.
This is extremely dangerous and can cause for smaller children to drown or get very hurt. My grandson is 9 years old.
Be alert as I mentioned my grandson hurt his back and if I was not there who knows he could have drowned.
This was very traumatizing for me and even though my grandson is begging to go back I do not want to go to Warm baths as the incident could have turned out very bad.
