Im very disappointed in the way the cash centre in Ormonde operates. You hire guards to guard the cash centre the parking areas should be at the risk of the drivers. The guards at this cash centre are now required to play car guards as well as guards on the premises. You pay your people such little money but they do most of the work. Shouldn't the company make provision to provide secure parking for all its employees. This is worst company to work for. I will be taking this to higher management if nothing is done. Pay you guards according to what they suppose to do and not what they not suppose to do like being car guards if they wanted to be car guards then they should have gone to work at malls or the in street. This is utmost disgusting.
