Linmed hospital benoni

I went to Linmed casualty at 11.45am on a friday with my 3 year old daughter who had a temperature of 39, The nurse checked her and told me to sit an wait.
I then had to fill in all my details at casualty, then I was sent to front desk to pay the R1500 to enter into casualty to be seen to. This process took a good 1h30min JUST to open a file for me and to pay, all while my daughter was crying and in pain with a high temperature.

After 2h30min of waiting we went into the casualty doors to be seen by a doctor, her symptoms were a sore stomach and high fever, Dr Patche sent us for x rays - this took 3hours of waiting, finally after x rays DR patche sent us for blood tests and we had to wait for an hour for results, doctor Patche said she is constipated, but she was not sure what the reason for the temperature so she said it COULD be a viral infection.

She then told me they had NO STOCK of an enema so they wrote a script for an enema and sent me home to do it myself, This USELESS visit cost me R5000!!!
I left with a script for enema, glycerin suppositories and Empaped for a ONE YEAR OLD! (MY CHILD IS 3)

I am now at home with a child who has temperatures of 40 with empaped that isnt breaking the fever because the dosage given was incorrect and I cannot get a script for a higher dose because i cant find a doctor on a sunday.
I decided to call linmed casualty for help, to tell them i was given the wrong dosage and asked if they could write me a script for the right dosage, I explaine dto them i am desperate my child has a temp of 40, I was refused point blank, they said i will need to come in and pay R1500 to go into casualty again with my sick child an wait for 8hours to get help and then have to pay for the doctor and a new script, after THEY are the ones that gave me the wrong meds!
I pleaded over the phone and they promised to call me back after talking to the doctor on duty... im still waiting for that phone call a day later.

I have been to casualty 3 times for emergencies with my children because it is the closest hospital, but after every time i SWEAR to never go back because the doctors are ill informed, they make random guesses and basically i didn't get an answer as to what is causing the temperature, 3 days later my child has deteriorated and is more ill than she was on the friday!

I am disgusted that this is "PRIVATE" hospital and I waited for 8 hours to be told they dont know what is causing the fever and be sent home to do the work that a nurse should have done (enema) and to receive medication for a 1 year old when my child is 3 years old.

This hospital is an absolute disgrace, i have never had a good experience and my father in law died at linmed in the hands of careless doctors that could find what was wrong with him.
