On Saturday the 30/03/2013 my husband got hurt playing soccer, my husband was struggling to walk, so i took him to Linmed, Benoni. We waited 3.5hrs and eventually walked out, not seen by anyone. The men at the reception area in emergencies were the only ones helpful, .. After waiting for 3 hrs i was taken inside to a room and saw 3 sisters and the Doctor standing around chatting. Sister Thabi was extremely rude when asked if there weren't other doctors available. Never was my husband asked if they could put him at ease while we waited. Clearly if you work with people you need to know how to handle situations and speak to people. Being in the service industry i know that you always try your very best to solve a situation. No apologies were ever made for the delay. I'm not a person to complain but this was the worst service i have ever received, I will not recommend anyone to go to Linmed again.
