Good day. After a call from Kaleb I went to the local Vodacom store as instructed to get them to order me the Microsoft Licence key number and Norton (VVCR) cd to install them and then the Vodacom employee told me that Afrizon must courier it to me otherwise I will have to pay for the two items. I am now trying for 9 days to resolve this matter without any luck.
