I received my laptop and cellphone but I cannot use Miscrosoft Office, or activate the gift cards because there was no licence number with the package for Microsoft office, the Norton security at VVCR keeps on rejecting the Norton voucher and no one answer the email or telephone to activate the gift cards. Please resolve these issues. The is also no contact details for Afrizon on the documentation or internet.
