Non existant customer service!

I signed the OTP 77 DAYS AGO, and MANY promises were made. The staff BEGGED all buyers to write a positive review on HelloPeter, it was embarrasing to me.
The vehicle was delivered two weeks late with promises of the warranty transfer to my name, spare keys and the vehicles books.
The vehicle was not ready on the promised delivery date, and I needed to put on another tyre even after I reminded them about the issue several times.
The warranty was never transferred as promised, and it took me more than a month of begging and constantly phoning to get the warranty transfer finally done. They NEVER phone back.
I then requested the spare keys and books as promised and it turned out that there were NONE!
Yet gain after several calls and pleading I was told to book the car in at BMW to make a new key, and I informed them that I will not pay for this myself, as it will put me at risk, as my trust in Willowcrest weaned. I advised them of the banking details, and made phonecalls and sent follow up emails so that this process could be initiated, but I was flatly ignored by Carl. The key change booking was for this morning 07:30, but I heard nothing, AGAIN.
I just want help without pleading!!
