Terrible service from Willow Crest Motors

Feb 2012 my wife and i bought a motor vehicle at Willowcrest Motors in Randburg. It was a Merc A Class A160 2000 Model Automatic with a extended warrenty. The vechile had a problem with the gearbox, when i took the vechile for test drive it the went into F mode which i ask the salesmen Shanston why is the vechile in F mode and not in drive mode he then told me it will go away when driving it. I then played with the gear selector and the F went away and it was in drive mode. For the year which we only done - 7500km. With my understanding that the vehicle is stll under the warranty period. The vechile went into F mode which i called Willowcrest Motors and spoke to Shanston the salesmen and Carl the manager, which i was told to bring the vehicle in so that they can have a look at it. The vechile was with the dealer for about a week, i was told by Carl of Willowcrest Motors that there is nothing wrong with the vechile.the vechile went to Willowcrest Motors for the same problem about three times, they prolonged it until the 1 year warranty expired on the vechile, now they refuse to bare all costs. If I am not assisted in this regard I will ensure that this dealership gets negative publicity.
