On 04/002/14 a parcel was collected for delivery the next day from George to Port Elizabeth. After following up that there was no delivery i called and was informed that i would be called back. On 07/02/14 after holding for 10 min i put down the phone as called back and was informed that the parcel must be still delivered. no confirmation either. This parcel as explained was a return (which had to be in 7 days for a swop out) which was urgent. i now have to pay R4100 due to their gross incompetence and non productive answers.
