I previously wrote and complained about UPS with no response. My parcel was only delivered to me yesterday at 16:05, which is exactly TWO WEEKS after it left the UK. I called and spoke to the supervisor Avalon who informed me that the parcel was due to be delivered on the 16th April and would get back to me with a time of delivery. This conversation took place at 10:30 and Avalon NEVER came back to me regarding a time of delivery, as promised, however when the driver arrived, I asked him when he was given the parcel to deliver, he replied 12pm, so this makes me think that some have been told and I don't appreciate being messed around, nor do I appreciate not been called back and kept in the loop! My parcel was NOT given to the driver first thing on Tuesday, 16th April! Only after I called, did the parcel get dispatched. "Ship with us and get your business moving" - that is a very misleading sentence because how can there be speed when it takes two weeks for a parcel to arrive. Also, when I called to query where my parcel was, UPS didn't even have the tracking number on their systems. Seriously the lack of communication, service and speediness leaves much to be desired!
