Client Service Absolutely Pathetic

Good day

Avon your customer service is pathetic I've never seen a company with such poor service. After I listed Avon on hello peter a guy from the head office called me we sorted out the problem I made a payment via eft and I sent an email to their credit department stating the account was paid in full, I requested for them to remove my name from ITC as a slow payer and this is one week later no response from them... If I dont get a response by Monday morning I will make sure that I publish this on every social network and the papers...
