I recently suffered a horrible attack and in my home this led to a trauma of have my property from me and my body harmed. I have been with Virgin Money Insurance for 2 months and was not sure if I will be covered I was impressed by the Service that I receievd from the Virgin Money team from the call center guys. I was then contacted by an Assesor named Pieter Grobbler despite his heavy load he set up an appointment with me and came to my house very early on Tuesday morning. He was very empathetic and kind he did his assesment and advised me at the end that I was potentially under insured and should look into it... he them m ade sure that I got my policy increased. He then went on to replace my propert sooner than he had said he would I was very impressed by his concern about my health over the phone... I was very happy with the service I receieved from him he is a gem and value to Telesure thank you agin Pieter if all your assesors are like Pieter you deserve to be the best in the business.
