On Sunday night (tonight) I went to Panarottis at mall @ carnival and I ordered my Alfredo with pasta no mushrooms, when I got home my order was wrong and I was very upset with every thing else just building up during the course of the day and I phoned Panarottis and Pieter was unfortunate enough to anwer the call and had to deal with me swearing and yelling over the phone, he handled it very well he didn't hang up and he made a plan to not only get my order right but to deliver it to me as well! I just want to thank Pieter for his professionalism and his patience! The directors should know what a great manager they have! Thank you Pieter for your awesome customer service!
